Facilities:
- Ground Court Yard:
- size: about 2.7 m wide.
but only for temporary use, since needed as parking for motorbike,
and entrance to house.
- Top Yard:
- size: about 2.7 m wide, about 5.5 m long
but difficult, since also used for laundry,
neighbours complain about noise (i.e no power tools for 2 hours at noon, and in evening),
and not well rain protected
Means: each time a lot of time is wasted with setting up the shop and cleaning up afterwards.
